We contracted with Beach Windows and Siding to replace a bathroom picture window that was leaking and after talking with Thomas, we decided to go ahead and replace all of our windows, 13 total, that were 24+ years old. Shannon and John arrived on time and went to work, never stopping, and completed the job in one day. Both Shannon and John were professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable, and never failed to answer any questions we had. Their confidence in their workmanship put us at ease which was very important to us. The windows look great and are achieving the results we desired with warmer rooms due to foam insulation, Argon Gas, and Low-E glass. Full Story - When we moved to Virginia Beach, all our of money was tied up with a new baby and the older house we purchased. As with any home, eventually things need to be replaced and updated; our first winter we quickly realized the front door was leaking cold air (and rain when the wind blew)!

We called several companies to get estimates - Beach Windows and Siding was not the cheapest but they were the best. They had quality products and it was clear they stand by them.

Im writing this review almost 10 years after they installed our beautiful front door and I promise you it was worth every penny.

Tom and his team were professional and honest from the start. Our questions were answered and it was clear they knew their business. The door was solid, well-built and has stood the test of time.

The door lock was sticking about 5 years ago and they had a technician out the next day to fix it (no cost). Recently the lock started sticking again and Tom offered to replace the lock for free.

That is the quality and honesty we all hope to find. That is what we found in Tom and his entire team at Beach Windows and Siding.
